Attack
Attacks are carried out from the Command Center. To attack, you must first send one of your armies to a destination. If you have an army that you believe is ready to attack
and you are considering a target that is close to you in reputation (score), then you might consider doing an Espionage Mission to find out a bit
more about your potential

target's stregnth (see Missions). If you've done this and are ready to go or feel you don't need to, go to
your Command Center. From there, you can move your units into their armies however you see fit. Once your armies are set and good to go, take a look at the
bottom of the screen. You see a box like the following:
Enter the coords of the target you wish to attack. If you know a name of the target you want to attack but not the coords, click the "?" to do a search.
Once you've entered the coords, select which Army to send and click the Go button.
Once your army has reached a section, two buttons will appear:

Once you click "Attack", your army will engage the enemy.
The order in which units/defensive structures attack is determined by their speed and range. The number of units destroyed
is determined by the units' offensive strength, defensive strength, and the skill of the general leading the army. When you first begin you
will not be able to see the units' stats, but through research you can discover the exact statistics for each unit. Also, either
side may gain a bonus to enhance its defense during the battle (and decrease their losses)
such as "securing high ground to defend."
After the battle is over, if there are any
Tarantulas alive in the attackers army, and K-Drones in the defenders section, the attacker may
succeed in capturing and formating some K-Drones . Finally, the attackers army
may either stay stationed within the defenders section, or may return to its own section, depending on how many losses the attacking army sustained and the attackers level of tour of duty research. When you first
start out your army will only be able to strike a maximum of 2 times on an attack mission, but this number can be increased through research. Regardless of research though,
if more than half of an army's units have been lost, the army will certainly return to
its own section to regroup.
Generals can play a huge role in battle. The bonuses acquired by a general benefit every unit under that general's command.
So, for example, if you have a general with a 25% attack bonus and 20% defense bonus, all units placed under that general will have their
offensive strength boosted by 25% and their defensive strength boosted by 20%. Generals can get up to a 100% bonus, effecitvely doubling the
attacking power or defending power of their armies.
