You probably still have your menu set to the Beginner Menu. Go to

Everyday that you use up all of your Blue Crystals, you get 3 for free
the next day. Also, if you do not log in for 18 hours or more, you can
get another 3 free Blue Crystals.

Why does my resource bar look almost full when I only have 200,000 XXX?
If you have any resources allocated to trade on the market, it still
counts towards your total until you complete the transaction. Go to
your Main Office to see how much you have on the market and what your
actual total resource count is.

Your rank increases automatically over time. The longer you've been in
