Elect an Area Boss
     If more than half of the Section Leaders within an Area vote for the same Section Leader, that person becomes the Boss of that area, and is able to appoint a Finance Manager, Transmissions Controller, and an Ambassador. The Boss is also able to choose a picture to represent their area, and a name for their area. To set the pitcure, it must be online, i.e., the Boss must enter a line such as :"http://www.someotherplace.com/theimagesdirectory/theimage.jpg"

Finance Manager
     The Finance Manager is the only player within an area who can not only donate to people within their own area, but also any other player in the game. This can benifit your area by funding allies, bribing enemies, or paying mercanaries.

Transmissions Controller
     Your Transmissions Controller is able to moderate your forum. This means creating and deleting threads, or editing or deleting posts within threads.

Ambassador
     Your Ambassador can choose another country with which to ally, and a country to declare war on. Having allies to help you in times of need, and enemies provide a source of K-drones to help sections in your area grow.
