MID ROUND SUMMARY

In the Second Cycle of Cincomm-9, six of the ten strongest Section Leaders from the First Cycle joined together to form the clan The Four Horsemen (DFWD). Spread out across Area 1:1 and 2:1, they currently reign supreme as the top six section leaders. Will they be able to hold this position to the end? Led by the number one leader from the First Cycle, Cheerios, DFWD includes HOF members Wraith, Ace, Nehrul, Shrike and Willy Wonka, who now calls himself Sincomm666.

Occupying the next three slots are memebers of the clan Metroid (METRO), which appears to have been started for the sole purpose of destroying DFWD. Led by HOF member Megatron, METRO includes Drax8, Alphahelix, and HOF member Deadhead, who now calls himself Zor68. Will they be able to topple the DFWD regime?

The Second Cycle has also seen the emmergance of new power players and new clans. Currently ranked number 10, Fishy is a new Section Leader that might be on track to becoming an HOF member if he can maintain his position.

New clans Dominators(DOM),Legion of the South(GUNIT), and Ghost (GHOST) are making a swift rise through the top 30. Clans Black Tigers(BT) and Phantom Force (PHFO) are coming up behind them.

Who will enter the HOF at the end of the Second Cycle?

END ROUND SUMMARY

At the end of the Second Cycle of Cincomm-9, DFWD proved once again that it is the number one clan on Cincomm-9, holding on to the top 5 HOF slots. In a surprise burst, DOM flew up the charts, leaving the other new clans in the dust and knocking down a DFWD member in their wake, propelling Lance_rdc to the number 6 position.

The K-drone numbers show there was some fierce fighting in the final weeks as apparently several bases where cleaned out completely. One gathers from forum buzz that there was beef between METRO and newcomer DOM. METRO seemed to have declared war on DFWD already, and the toll of taking on another clan showed as its members failed to hold to keep the 6th, 7th, and 8th slots, being surpassed by two DOM members.

And so ends the Second Cycle, with the clans bitterly fighting but still standing in full control, as no non-clan member managed to stay in the top 10. The rumor mill suggests there may be a new alliance in the Third Cycle and a renewed effort to topple the seemingly invincible DFWD clan. There have been a lot of changes in between the Second and Third Cycle. Will these effect DFWD's proven battle strategies? Will a new alliance materialize and challenge beyond their measure? Or will they once again stand triumphant over all opposers? Only time will tell...
