END ROUND SUMMARY
Coming in at the top for the first time with an excellent finish was TIOC9's justinsane.
A first for him and a first for the clan, which is establishing itself as the
premiere clan of Cincomm-9, making several HOF appearances back to back. This was
the first round that TIOC9 had the most HOF entries as well. Congrats to them!
There was a three way tie for second among the clans for second most placements:
kings, Chaos and METRO all earned two spots apiece for their respective clan members.
strange, deciding to stay around for another round was in and out of a few
clans periodically but was clanless for the most part and took a high placement in the HOF.
Congrats to exzibit, Nneuromancer and Dielo for their first HOF finishes.
